The service

Log06 is a subscription service for logging dealer-plate trips and managing plate inventory and audit exports. It is billed per active dealer plate, monthly or yearly, and includes a free trial period before the first paid billing cycle.

Your account and responsibilities

Your organization is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into Log06, including driver names, vehicle details, and trip information. Log entries form an audit record; do not enter false or misleading information.

Acceptable use

Log06 may only be used for legitimate dealer-plate logging by an organization with a valid subscription. You may not attempt to circumvent access controls or use the service to store data unrelated to dealer-plate operation.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed per active plate. You may switch between monthly and yearly billing; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Liability

Log06 provides tools to help produce audit-ready records but does not guarantee compliance with any specific regulatory requirement. Your organization remains responsible for meeting its own legal obligations.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription as described in the billing terms above. We may suspend access for accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
